Calls
Meet without
leaving the workspace.
Audio and video from any channel or DM, with screen sharing on web and iOS. On iPhone, incoming calls ring like a normal phone call — lock screen, CarPlay, AirPods — not a silent notification. Then AI transcribes the call live, drafts tasks, notes, and news for you to approve, and saves a searchable transcript for company knowledge.
In context
Calls live next to the conversation.
01
Audio and video
One-click from any channel or DM — no calendar hop or separate meeting app for the everyday sync.
02
Screen sharing on web and iOS
Walk through work where the work already is, whether you are at a desk or on your phone.
03
Rings like a real phone call on iPhone
Incoming calls take over the lock screen, play through CarPlay and AirPods, and actually ring — not a silent push you will miss in a bag.
04
Recording
Capture the call when you need the record, not just the summary.
05
Apps and web
Join from iOS, Android, desktop, or the browser — same workspace.
AI on the call
Transcribed live. Drafted for you to approve.
01
Real-time transcription
Every call is transcribed as it happens, not processed after the fact.
02
Auto-drafted tasks
AI spots commitments made out loud and drafts the task — you approve, it does not just silently appear on someone.
03
Auto-drafted notes
Decisions get written up as a note while the call is still going, ready for a one-tap approval.
04
Auto-drafted news
Announcement-worthy outcomes get drafted as a news post for the Groups that need to know.
05
AI summary after the call
Key outcomes posted back into the thread so absentees catch up fast.
Limits & privacy
What calls do — and do not — cover.
Calls are a real product surface, not a slide. Here is the current envelope so a security or IT reviewer is not guessing.
01
Participant scale
Designed for everyday team huddles and working sessions — typically up to about 25 participants. Large webinars and room systems are not the job.
02
Platforms
Join from iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, and web. Screen sharing today on web and iOS. Full-screen ringing like a phone call is iPhone-only.
03
Recording consent
Recording is a deliberate action, not silent. Participants see that a recording is on. We do not claim one-click compliance with every local two-party consent law — your workspace still needs a policy.
04
Transcripts & retention
Live transcription is English-first today, with more languages on the way. Transcripts follow the same workspace retention as messages (90 days on Free; unlimited on paid).
05
Encryption
Media is encrypted in transit. Calls are not currently end-to-end encrypted in the Signal/WhatsApp sense — same candid bar as the Security page.
06
Not a Teams Rooms replacement
No hardware room systems, no webinar registration, no PSTN dial-in. If that is the requirement, keep your meeting stack.
Apps
Full product on every device, not a half app.
iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, and web — same calls, chat, tasks, and notes. Not a thin client that only works at a desk.
New. Better. Native. Fast.
Messaging with work attached. Connect Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT via MCP to read and write notes, tasks, and news. Installable apps on every platform.
